We are looking for an equity trader to join our team. This person will focus on our public equity strategy and will join a team of investment professionals with a blend of financial and scientific expertise. The role will support fundamental and technical analysis of public equity investments. The trader will work directly with portfolio managers and will contribute to idea generation and investment decisions.


  • The primary responsibilities of the position will include executing orders for the firm as well as staying on-top of relevant stock-moving and market-moving news flow in the space.

  • More than 3 years of buyside or sellside experience trading healthcare. Currently working as a trader in healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience trading equity derivatives is a positive.
  • Experience working with an emerging/growing public markets portfolio is preferred.
  • Familiarity with middle-office workflow and the ability to assist with this function is a positive.
  • Strong inter-personal skills – the position requires an excellent communicator. A team-oriented mindset is critical.

This position is full-time, in-person in the NoMad district in New York City.
